Lake Hill

SIS Development Committee Chair Wendy Timm and Board members Andy Searls, Guy Gadomski and Christina Whelan attended the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) work session on Tuesday August 27th where Lake Hill was on the agenda.  

Results of the Frisco Sanitation infrastructure study by Tetra Tech were discussed.  Following this discussion, the commissioners directed County Staff to prepare and send out an RFP to potential Lake Hill developers.

This is an extremely important development for SIS.  We will need to immediately ramp-up our own pre-development work to be in a position to issue an RFP to our Senior Assisted Living facility potential developers alongside and in conjunction with issuance of the County RFP.
